No need to worry about parking when attending any University or Track event. This newly renovated cottage assures you have all the comforts of home. A comfortable living room with gas fireplace and smart TV, three bedrooms with plush mattresses and adjustable bed frames, two spacious bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen and separate dining room. The space Enough cannot be said about this location! You will be less than a mile from U of O, the track stadium and the basketball stadium, while only 2 miles walking from the football stadium. There is an excellent selection of eating establishments well within walking distance and many more with the use of the city bikes, your options become innumerous. When your evening is complete, we have a comfortable living room to unwind and three bedrooms all with their own queen beds. Please do keep in mind that as this is a new renovated site, the outside is still unfinished. The front yard is covered in landscape dirt and the backyard has managed wild grass. Additionally the basement game room is not finished but the laundry is available for your use. Other things to note Please be aware that the landscaping is still being updated. Currently the front yard is landscaping dirt and the back has unfinished grass.
