The space It's a 4000 sq foot 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath house on 1 acre of land in a private secluded upscale neighborhood while also being close to nearby shopping centers Guest access Guests have access to all shared space. I reply fast Other things to note -The home uses well water and it does contain more minerals in it than regular city tap water would such as iron which adds a yellowish tint to the bathroom over time. It may also have a distinct odor. -the home is in a forest. Forests contain various bugs. Sometimes they can get inside the house. -the bathroom is shared, it will not always be immaculate as it is being constantly used by guests. -The thermostat is kept at 75 degrees summer / 70 winter
