Cozy house in nature near Höör

Find peace in this cozy and peaceful accommodation, located in beautiful nature in the heart of Skåne. Surrounded by lush beech forest and yet close to Höör (3,5 km) with grocery stores, restaurants and train station. Space for 4 people: 2 person in double bed 160 cm, 1 person in single bed and 1 person in sofa bed in living room. Fully-equipped kitchen with stove, oven, fridge & freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, etc. 5 km to the swimming area at Vaxsjön, 4.5 km to Skåne's zoo. The space House of 93 sqm with wooden deck, garden and carport. Peaceful and quiet area. No view of neighbors. Guest access When renting, guests have access to the whole house. Cabinets, wardrobes, dressers, etc. are NOT emptied when the accommodation is used as a permanent residence by the host when it is not rented out. Access to space in fridge and freezer will be available, as well as clothes rail for hanging clothes. The guest does not have access to food, hygiene items, or other consumables that are in the areas of the house. Restriction of access: Outdoor hot tub is private and may not be used by guests. Other things to note There is limited water access in the area, making guests kindly asked to be careful with the use of water. Since the house contains personal possessions - including instruments and other fragile things - the property is not suitable for families with small children. The house is located in the forest and it is easy to walk/hike in the surroundings in the nearby area. However, no trails or walking paths are marked here, so for longer hikes it is recommended to go to nearby natural areas that have marked trails, where it is easier to find your way around.
