Master room Short-Term Rental/MRT

This is my second home in KL. I don’t stay here but I personally take care of the place. I enjoy the neighborhood and conveniences nearby. It is 10-minutes walk to the MRT (Metro) and 8 stops to BUKIT BINTANG STATION. It might not be an ideal location for tourists for a short visit. It offers excellent value and comfort for longer stays. This affordable rental place is well-suited for digital nomads or solo adventurers who appreciate a local experience and easy access to public transport. The space You will be renting a master bedroom with a private attached bathroom. The room comes with a private locked door, a working table, a queen-size bed, a wardrobe, a mirror, and cloth hangers. There is a private ledge you can walk out to have the outdoor and swimming pool views. The kitchen comes with a refrigerator, an air fryer, a kettle, an LG water purifier, an induction cooker, a stainless steel pot and pan, and other utensils. I have a maximum of 3 guests stay in this apartment at any time. This is the best time to meet new friends during your visit. Guest access The common bathroom is shared with other guests (2 maximum). The common kitchen comes with an air flyer, a kettle, utensils, cups, plates and etc. The portable cooking hob is available upon request as you can cook simple meal at the wet kitchen. The kitchen, refrigerator, and the washing machine are shared among all the guests. The dining hall is not only for dining, but a place to hang out and to get to know other guests. The facilities in the building on the 8th floor; 1) Swimming Pool 2) Changing or pool shower room 3) Sauna 4) Gym facilities 5) Kids playground 6) A basketball court 7) Badminton courts On the ground floor & 1st floor; you will be able to access 1) 24-hours supermarket. 2) Large Non-halal food court on the 1st floor 3) Few mamak (Muslim-halal) restaurants 4) Guardian Pharmacy 5) 24-hours clinic and emergency 6) Several dessert shops and cafes 7) 7 Eleven & KK Marts. 8) Other international restaurants like Thai, Chinese Steam Boat, Middle Eastern, and etc. During your stay Guests can message or call me. I would love to show my guests around the neighborhood or Kuala Lumpur in general if I am available on my day off, as I have a full-time job in KL. I am an active traveler and love to explore different places in Malaysia and abroad. My guests are welcome to ask me anything related to his or her trips to Malaysia. Love to hear from you.... Other things to note PARKING: This listing does not include a parking lot. You can rent a parking lot with me for RM5 per day. (SUBJECT AVAILABILITY) BATH TOWEL: Please note that towels are not included with your stay, so we recommend you bring your own. If you prefer, we can provide a towel for you for a fee of RM20. Please kindly advise us before your arrival if you would like to arrange this. FEMALE: Please be aware that this is a shared apartment with both male and female guests. We cannot accommodate guests whose personal or religious beliefs prohibit them from sharing communal spaces with the opposite sex. Please ensure this arrangement is suitable for you before booking. SAFETY: I only accept guests with good reviews from previous hosts. Booking for others is not allowed (Third Party Booking). This policy is to safeguard my guests' safety and comfort. PETS: Please note that pets are strictly not permitted within the unit or the common areas of the building. We are unable to accommodate guests traveling with pets.
