This unique place has a style all its own. 5-10 minutes Walking distance from LRR Train/Bus Station, Local stores, restaurants and laundry mats. 2-5 minutes drive from Hofstra university, Nassau County College, Rosevelt field mall, Jones Beach, local hospitals, Bars, Clubs and lounges. Arcades, Movie Theaters and Parks. The property is still under construction to expand for more available units. Slight noises may occur during stay from 9am to 5pm. The space Room 4 is for one person only. For unauthorized guest/visitors or pets there will a daily fee of $200. late check out and early check in is $30. Unapproved guest will result in cancellation of the reservation without any refund. A lock code will be provided to guest upon arrival to enter the resident if Host is not present at the time of check in. Guest have access to bathroom which is shared and kitchen area only. Stove is not permitted for use. Please remove your shoes before entering the home. Shoe rack and sandals are available if necessary. Guest access Guess have access to bathroom and kitchen area only. During your stay Host will be available for contact via Airbnb messenger between the hours of 9am to midnight. Other things to note No parking on driveway premises at any time. Street parking is available. Due to street cleaning parking is restricted on certain days. Please make sure to read parking signs 🪧 .
