Kick back and relax in this calm, self-contained, stylish annex with exclusive use of a hot tub and a light continental breakfast, all included!! You will be greeted with a warm welcome or left in peace, as you wish. A 5 minute walk to the nearest sandy beach, on the beautiful Ards Peninsula. Ample parking and only 3 mins from Kirkistown race circuit! A 10 minute walk to an award winning restaurant and traditional fishing harbour. Tea/coffee making facilities and your own private bathroom. The space Certified by the NI Tourist Board! Guest accommodation has its own dedicated access at the rear of the property and is self-contained and includes your own outside space, with exclusive use of a hot tub, BBQ and fire pit (please note that coals and logs are not provided.) Haven Beach is a short walk away from our local sandy beach and just a 3 minute drive to Kirkistown Race Circuit (ample parking space for cars.) The Ards Peninsula is an area of outstanding natural beauty. There is an air-fryer, fridge and coffee machine available to guests, but no other cooking facilities available. Milk, tea, coffee and breakfast biscuits provided. Free WiFi and Smart TV also available. There is small double sofa bed and one Child’s bed can also be provided, upon request.
