This is an apartment within a home consisting of 2 bedrooms, 3 beds,bathroom, kitchenette (small ),deck and hallway are overlooking the Columbia River, and situated in a private home. You have your own private entry. The home is situated in a very nice neighborhood which is safe and quiet. The Irrigon marina is close by for the boaters. Great for a quick overnight while traveling through the area. Convenient for local workers. No pets allowed. The space These rooms, two bedrooms with 2 Queens and a double,a hallway, a bathroom and kitchenette are on the 2nd floor of the home with a balcony and deck overlooking the river, with a view of the river. We are on an acre with open space for walks to the river and a pool. You will have to walk through the bathroom to reach the kitchenette which is small but well equipped. Guest access This home has a back deck overlooking the Columbia River and pool. There is a private entry up the side stairs. There is access to the beach but no fires allowed. You are sharing the house with the owners. There is a door to the bedrooms and bathroom from the back deck of the house on the 2nd level with a code door. Your area is separated from the rest of the house . A BBQ is available to use on the deck with a table and chairs to enjoy the view of the river. There is parking for a boat out front.Parking is at the left side of the red house by the stairs. The pool will be available to use in the summer with permision, children must be a supervised. Other things to note I will give you the address a couple days out and the code for the door the day you arrive. Park at the left side of the garage and go up the side stairs to the back deck.
