Modern semi-detached house, large patio with lake view, quiet and peaceful area, while it is within walking distance to the city center where you will find restaurants, cozy streets and shops. Rented out fully furnished. Good parking space for 2 cars just outside the door. Pets are welcome 🐶 The space The house consists of 2 floors: 1st floor consists of hallway, spacious bathroom with both shower and bathtub, 2 bedrooms 150x200 and 150x200 (sofa bed), exit to large terrace with garden furniture, outdoor furniture and fire pit. The 2nd floor consists of a living/dining room, kitchen and 2 verandas (one on the front and one on the back) Possibility to set up 2 extra guest beds for more than 4 guests, they will then be placed in the room with a sofa bed. Bed linen must be brought by yourself. Other things to note There is usually a dog living here, so there will always be some dog hair in the house (please note if you have allergies).
