Beach View Loft, access to private beach

The loft is situated in a residential condominium. We have a private beach, the ocean view is partial, but there is a panoramic view of the mountains. Great for swimming, diving, kayaking, stand up paddle and water sports in general. To access the beach there is a staircase in the middle of our garden. It is a coastal beach, where we removed the stones and formed pebbles and little sand, facilitating entry into the sea. It is not recommended for people with reduced mobility. We have a buoy for boats. We do not allow overnight stays for boats without a reservation or prior notice. We don't allow parties, loud noise is not allowed!
