In the reception room, a grand piano awaits you for moving musical moments. The space The interior of the castle has undergone extensive renovation and careful decoration. It should offer you a place conducive to calm and rest. On the ground floor you will have: - a small living room with television, desk, game table and board games, large bookcase filled with books - a large living room with grand piano, non-functional fireplace - a dining room that can accommodate 16 people - a very well-equipped kitchen and adjoining laundry room On the first floor: - 1 family room overlooking the park (north side), with 1 king size bed (180 X 200), private bathroom (bath/shower, sink and toilet), and boudoir giving access to an unfurnished outdoor terrace. - 1 master bedroom overlooking the park (south side), with 1 king size bed (180 X 200), private bathroom bathroom (bath/shower, sink, toilet) and terrace with outdoor furniture On the second floor: - 1 family room with triple exposure (South/West/North) with 1 king size bed (180 X 200), 2 single beds (90 X 200), private bathroom (large shower, sink, 1 separate toilet with sink) small living room and office. - 1 family room with triple exposure (South/East/North), with 1 antechamber with 1 single bed (90 x 200), 1 main room with 1 queen size bed (160 x 200), 1 single bed (90 x 200), private bathroom (shower, sink), separate toilet with sink - 1 master bedroom with park view (north side), with 1 king size bed (180 X 200), private private bathroom (shower, double sink, separate toilet) and small outdoor terrace Outside, two terraces: a large one equipped with garden furniture and a small one with barbecue, brazier and garden furniture. The park extends over a meadow with cross paths, woods, a pond, and a well. For your leisure, the following are available at no extra cost: - a tennis court (racquets and balls provided), - 8 adult bikes with helmet and padlock device - a concert piano (¼ tail) Bed linen, towels and table linen are included depending on the number of guests expected, the beds are prepared upon your arrival. End-of-stay cleaning and an interim cleaning for stays of 6 nights or more is also included (unless you request otherwise for the interim cleaning). Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the residence. An alarm system may be activated by the tenant if they wish. A rental agreement with condition report will be signed upon arrival. Guest access Basements and attics are not available. Outside, the outbuildings and the Southeast area ("caretaker's house" area) and the park at the foot of the wind turbine are not part of the rental. Other things to note Technical services (maintenance of green spaces, laundry delivery in a technical room) are likely to occur during rental periods.
