Haus Kondelwald

The light-flooded, spacious, approx. 90 sqm apartment is located on the first floor of a house built according to ecological construction. The house is located on the upper edge of the small village of Olkenbach/Bausendorf in a former Weimberg slope. You are almost right on the edge of the huge Kondelwald forest area. In 5 minutes you can walk to the Olkenbach and the playground there. There are numerous volcanic maars nearby, which can be reached quickly by car. The space One bedroom with double bed (160 X 200) One bedroom with 3 single beds (90 X 200) In addition, there is a baby/children's bed (70 X 140) We only provide cotton covers as bed linen, as this natural material offers better sleeping comfort than polyester. All rooms (all windows!) are equipped with electronic external roller blinds and also inside with cozy curtains. The spacious dining and living area has a wood-burning stove, for which wood is of course also provided in winter. The apartment is in the immediate vicinity to the forest and therefore offers wonderful opportunities for walks and jogging. From the windows in the kitchen and living room there is a beautiful view with lots of nature. Guest access In the absence of the hosts, a key box is available for the handover of the keys. The code will be provided in advance. Upon departure, please return it there. Other things to note A high chair and a baby crib (70 x 140) for toddlers are provided. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped. The bathroom offers a shower and a bathtub.
