You can relax as a family in this peaceful accommodation. Since it is on the minibus route, you can go anywhere you want without using your car. It is within walking distance to 4 large supermarkets such as Migros, Carrefour and the Shopping Mall, the Municipality and the neighborhood market. There are 2 pharmacies nearby. Marmaris' largest and most famous bath, Turkish Bath, is 50 meters away You can enjoy the sea in Marmaris' unique bays and free beach. The space Our residence consists of three bedrooms, a spacious living room, a kitchen, a toilet and a bathroom with a toilet, and the beds in the bedrooms are two double beds and two single beds. The double rooms have balconies. Two of these rooms and the living room have air conditioners. The other room does not have air conditioning. There are also two sofa beds that can be opened in the living room. There is a fireplace, Smart TV, Satellite and wifi internet in the living room. You can go out to the balcony from the living room. The kitchen has a refrigerator, dishwasher, tea set, toaster, toaster, oven, pots and pans, glasses, cutlery. There is a water dispenser for your cold water needs. Turn off the switch behind the water dispenser when it runs out of water so that it is not left without water. If you can't turn it off, unplug it in the living room. The bathroom has a water heater, solar energy, washing machine and hairdryer. The pool is the common pool on the site. It is periodically maintained by the site management. It is important to follow the pool rules. You should enter the pool clean. The view of the pool is very nice, the residents are friendly. They are kind to anyone who doesn't bother them. Guests should also be mindful of this. The pool is emptied after September until May. The large Turkish Bath nearby is a place we recommend. If you have never been to a bath, it has a bath and pool that you can experience. Guest access Our guests who do not come with their own vehicle can take the minibuses that depart from the bus station and pass through the Camiavlu neighborhood and get off at the Karaca Evleri Site. When you enter the site through the main entrance, go up the stairs in front of you and take the first left. The third house, number 15, is ours. Other things to note Guests under the age of 18 cannot stay without their parents. The system automatically sends a notification to law enforcement and the individual under the age of 18 is kept in Social Services until they are handed over to their family.
