Whether you're looking for a peaceful escape or a fun-filled beach getaway, it is the ideal destination to create lasting memories The space This smart apartment is located on the lower floor of the large villa Akoya Pearl. It has an internal staircase with restricted access, secured by a double door and double lock to ensure maximum privacy. The apartment features a spacious living room with an open-plan kitchen equipped with all necessary amenities. A hallway leads to a small storage area, as well as to the bedroom and bathroom. Both rooms have windows for natural light. The bedroom includes two single beds that can be joined to form a double, plus a built-in single sofa bed with a proper mattress. The outdoor area includes comfortable sofas and pillows, along with an electric awning to help you fully enjoy the space. This area is south-facing and sheltered from the Meltemi wind, making it ideal for relaxing. Please Note: Access to the POOL IS NOT INCLUDED. However, if the main villa Akoya Pearl is unoccupied during your stay, you may be granted access to the pool area as a BONUS. This cannot be guaranteed. Guest access Your access will be through the entrance dedicated to your unit, and it will be completely private. From the drone view, it’s the entrance located all the way to the left corner, next to the empty plot. There is a gate with a key lock for your use. Other things to note We use an internal wastewater treatment system, as we are not connected to the main sewage line. For this reason, please dispose of toilet paper in the bins provided. If you need more toilet paper, feel free to ask us — and please avoid using very thick or non-dissolvable paper.
