The villa is a cool villa with high powered modern turbo remote controlled ceiling fans and a lovely breezy terrace for fine dining and relaxing. The pool is a larger than average pool with beautiful sun loungers, pool bar and landscaped gardens. The villa sits on a plot of over 5000 sq m ensuring privacy and tranquility in beautiful and tropical surroundings. Nerja is approx 10 min drive and Frigiliana is approx 8 mins. South facing. The space There are four bedrooms which includes a family room with double bed and bunk beds and a selection of books, board games and air hockey/pool table. There are three bathrooms, one being outside near the pool for easy access during bathing times. There is outside covered dining next to pool bar/bbq and above under breezy and cool covered terrace. There is a petang court and table tennis adjacent to the property on east and west side terraces.. Guest access The villa has a large concrete driveway providing ample parking for multiple cars and lighting all along driveway and terraces. Other things to note Other than the numerous bars, restaurants and beaches Nerja/Frigiliana has to offer, there are several supermarkets within short drive away including: Lidl, Aldi, Mercadona, Carrefour and express supermarket at Frigiliana. We provide guests with full info on amenities and the local area and we welcome all guests in person. A hire car is highly recommended to enjoy the maximum benefits of this south facing beautiful and tranquil villa. The villa has partial views of the sea and beautiful Andalusian countryside. Nerja is approx 10 min short drive. The pool has a crystal filter and is refreshed with new clean water before each guest arrival.
