This private two-bedroom, one-bath apartment features in unit laundry, comfortable queen beds with soft linens, a spacious living area, and a 65-inch smart TV for streaming your favorite apps. The fully equipped kitchen includes full-size appliances, cookware, dinnerware, mixing bowls, toaster, and a Keurig with starter coffee supplies so you can settle in right away. Guest access Guests have full private access to the apartment during their stay. A small hall closet is reserved for cleaning supplies and remains locked. Guests will also receive the access code for the shared laundry room located at the rear of the property. Other things to note This is a non-smoking property. Smoking or vaping inside the unit will result in a minimum of $300 cleaning and odor remediation fee. The building features secure coded entry doors, individual unit locks, exterior lighting, and security cameras covering building entrances and the parking lot. Guest-caused contamination issues (such as pests or significant damage) may result in early termination of the stay and associated remediation costs. Please check for personal belongings before departure. We are not responsible for items left behind. Starter supplies of toilet paper and paper towels are provided for your arrival. Guests are responsible for any additional supplies needed during longer stays.
