Low Rigg, cosy apartment Bowness

Perfectly situated in a quiet but central location in Bowness with its cafes, bars and tourist attractions only minutes walk away. The first floor apartment has an open plan living space with a fully equipped kitchen, dining and living area that opens out onto a furnished balcony. With fell views its an ideal spot to enjoy a morning brew or relax in the evening after a day exploring the lake district. Two bedrooms one double, one twin. Would suit a small family or a couple wanting more space. The space Low Rigg is situated on the first floor, there are 12 steps to the apartment. Once inside the apartment it is on one level a hall way leads to; The open plan dining, living space and kitchen. The dining / living area has a dining table which can comfortably seat 4 a corner sofa , TV, DVD player, bluetooth speaker and radio. There is a small balcony , accessed thru french doors from the living area it has a bistro table and chairs for 2. Please ensure children are supervised on the balcony. The kitchen has oven, hob ,microwave , toaster and kettle. There are several dvds and travel board games in the cupboard in the hallway along with hanging space for outside coats. The apartment also has WiFi. Two bedrooms; Double with bedside cupboards, wardrobe and full length mirror. A hairdryer is also privided. Twin bedroom with cupboard space for hanging clothes and mirror. We also provide a travel cot , which is stored under the double bed ( no bedding is provided with travel cot). A booster seat high chair, is available and is stored can the cupboard in the hall. The bathroom has a bath with shower over, heated towel rail and blow heater. Towels are provided for guests use. We also have an iron and ironing board. Information on places to visit during your stay can be found in the apartment. Bowness village can be easily accessed on foot via an entrance which can be found to the left of the bottom car park. You can also access the apartments from either end of the Quarry Rigg shops on Lake Road. Other things to note Low Rigg does not have a designated parking space but guests are free to park on the residents car park, at the bottom close to the apartment or on the top car park behind the Quarry Rigg apartments.
