Enjoy the holidays in our family-friendly house with space for both children and adults. Our large south-facing garden and terrace invite you to a lot of cozy hours of play and relaxation. In the house you will find a large kitchen area with a cozy alcove, as well as a living room with a large sofa with room for the whole family. Our house is at the end of a closed road in a very quiet neighborhood. Within walking distance you will find our baker and grocery store, as well as green areas and playground. 10 min drive to Hobro City and beach. NO PARTIES!! The space Newly built house from 2021 - the house is 200 sqm and contains 2 children's rooms and a bedroom. In addition, 2 bathrooms, large kitchen-living room with alcove (sleeps 2), as well as a living room with space for the whole family. Plus an entrance and laundry room. The garden offers a large south-facing terrace, as well as a sandbox and trampoline for the little ones. Recently, we have also built a covered terrace where you can enjoy the evening sun. Please note that we are a non-smoking home and therefore do NOT want to rent our house to people who smoke. We hope you will respect this. If we subsequently see/smell that there has been smoking, we will report it to Airbnb, as well as charge a cleaning fee to remove odor nuisance. We only rent to you, who will be staying here. So you can't rent it to anyone else. Of course, we will ask about this, so we are sure that you will stay here during the rental period. If this is not the case, we will ask you to cancel the reservation. We expect that only the number of people in the house indicated on the reservation will be living there. We expect the house to be left in a clean condition. That is, the floor is vacuumed and washed, the bathrooms are cleaned, trash cans are emptied and put in the large outdoor trash cans. The bed linen is removed and placed on the floor by the washing machine along with used towels and cloths. In addition, normal cleaning, so the house looks as it did on arrival. If these things are not complied with, a cleaning fee of DKK 1,500 will be charged. We do not allow parties or the like! Guest access You can use the house - except for our pantry, which is private, and our shed, which will be locked. In addition, all cabinets and drawers in rooms and bathrooms are private.
