This quirky and cosy home away from home is located in a peaceful neighbourhood of York. With a spacious kitchen/diner, dedicated work space and permit parking, what more could you need for your stay in this wonderful City. Stroll along the beautiful River Ouse to reach the City Centre in less than 15 minutes and experience all the culture and history that York has to offer. The space My 2 bedroom terraced house is located in the popular neighbourhood of Fulford, less than a mile from York city centre, and within easy walking distance to local amenities. It can sleeps up to 4 guests and is perfect for a family or friends meeting up. You'll have access to the entire house and garden. I won't be around in person however I’m always reachable and local to York if you need me. My house is professionally cleaned and the linen/ towels are replaced with freshly laundered supplies between each stay. Remote self check-in gives flexibility for late arrivals, and 24/7 guest support is on hand should you need any assistance during your stay. There will be some complimentary tea/coffee/sugar waiting for you which I am sure will be useful for those arriving after a long journey aswell as milk in the fridge and a cake! Fresh white bedding and towels are provided (hand towel and bath towel per person) and toiletries in the bathroom. Other items included are a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll, which will last a couple of days. If wish to purchase more for your stay there is a Sainsbury's Local a few minutes walk away. Ground floor: My house has been furnished with a boho feel to it with a Smart TV and chaise sofa and chair. To the rear of the house is a modern kitchen diner. Appliances include use of an induction hob, oven, Smeg fridge freezer, washer-dryer, dishwasher, kettle and toaster and microwave. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking. The addition of a table and chairs makes it multifunctional for eating together and/or catching up with friends and family. First Floor: A cosy double bedroom is to the rear of the house. In here is a desk and chair, plus a storage unit for clothes and belongings. The master bedroom is to the front of the house. There is a king bed, two bedside tables and plenty of storage in the form of a chest of drawers and a wardrobe. In the middle of both bedrooms is the bathroom. Compact but functional, this houses a bathtub with shower over, washbasin and toilet. Exterior: A well presented yard. It's half decked and half gravel. There is free on street parking to the front. Guest access It's relatively easy to find a parking space on the street. To reach the city centre, head down the stairs at the end of my street and take a right along the River Ouse which leads you to the centre. It takes about 15-20 minutes on foot. You can catch a bus on Fulford Road (bus stop Alma Terrace) to the city centre or t the Designer Outlet. Other things to note CHECK IN / CHECK OUT Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is 10am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner's schedule. Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them.
