Seasonal apartment, ideal for 5 people (can accommodate 6), great location in the Itaguá neighborhood, 2 km from Praia Grande and Praia do Tenório, 700 m from the Itaguá beach promenade with its restaurants, the Aquarium and the trendy Rua Guarani. It has all the amenities, equipped kitchen, 32" TV, ceiling fans. The space It is a duplex apartment, on the lower part there is a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom, living room (with sofa bed) and combined kitchen plus a small balcony, going up in the living room by a spiral staircase to the mezzanine there is a double bed and another bathroom. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire apartment. Other things to note We do not provide bedding, blankets or towels.
