It is 2 minutes' walk from Gare de l 'Est on a quiet street. 2 minutes from the Canal Saint-Martin Perfectly served by public transport. Metro 4, 5 and 7. Tourist sites max 30mn by metro. The space The accommodation is located in a very quiet backyard. It is on the third floor without elevator and benefits from a beautiful light. Lounge area: It has a high table for 2 people, ideal for working or taking your meals. The large, cozy sofa adds a touch of comfort. Kitchen: Independent, practical and fully equipped (dishwasher/microwave) Bedroom: equipped with a queen size bed, you will also find a convenient storage space.
