The master bedroom has a double bed, both bedrooms have large wardrobes. Each bedroom has its own *air conditioning unit* to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible. The hallway leading to the bedrooms has a washing machine to ensure that your accommodation has all the comforts you would expect at home. The kitchen area has all the mod cons you have at home such as oven, hob, fridge, kettle, toaster etc. The large living room area comprises of comfortable five-seater sofa, a coffee table, a large dining table with six chairs and a large 55-inch flat screen Television. The balcony on this beautiful apartment has a table seating area which seats up to six people. The apartment has a parking space, therefor ensures that your rental vehicle is safe (we would recommend car rental to explore the island, however the town has a good bus service – two three min walk from apartment) The apartment is located in the small town of Xylofagou only 7-8 min drive from the superb Ayia Thekla Beach, 15 min drive from the well-known tourist destination Ayia Napa and 25-30 min drive from the town of Larnaca, the home to the island’s largest airport. It is also worth noting that the town of Xylofagou has plenty of facilities such as restaurants, cafes, bars, playgrounds, gyms, 24-hour mini stores, supermarkets, bakeries, banks, post office and shops.
