New villa with pool, near Omis, breathtaking sea views The space This newly built villa with pool is located in the middle of beautiful nature. The hillside location promises a fantastic sea view of the Adriatic and the islands. The location is very quiet and offers 100% relaxation. The villa can accommodate up to eight people. On the ground floor of the house there is a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. From the kitchen you can access the terrace and the grill. Air conditioning is in the living room. An internal staircase leads to the upper floor where there are another two bedrooms with double beds, two bathrooms with showers and a small living room with a sofa bed for two people. One bedroom has access to the balcony which offers incredible sea views. Both bedrooms are air conditioned. There is a pool with loungers and a barbecue outside. Free air conditioning, WIFI and parking spaces are available. Please note: Youth groups are not allowed. A maximum of one pet is allowed. The nearest town of Omis (known for its pirate history), beautiful sandy and pebble beaches can be reached in a few minutes by car. The access to the house is partly via unpaved paths/gravel roads.
