Spacious Downstairs Apartment

We offer a large bedroom with a daylight window & queen bed. In your own family room area there is one hide-a-bed, as well as one queen air mattress. There is a non-conforming bedroom with two twin beds which we place on the guest discretion to use. You will have your own full kitchen & bathroom. We are located in a quiet neighborhood on the edge of Seward, NE, near Concordia Univ & only 25 minutes from downtown Lincoln - Memorial Stadium, etc. We have lots of space for you. The space There are 13 stairs with railing to get into the basement apartment area, and the entrance is separate through the garage. We also use items in the basement that we may need access to during your stay: deep freezer (in the kitchen), exercise room (separate from your space) and storage area (off the living room). We have a beautiful white dog named Libby and an indoor, calico cat named Tula. Additionally, our son's husky, Twix, is a frequent resident. So, you probably don't want to stay with us if you allergies to or fear of animals. The door at the base of our main stairs will be closed so you probably won't see them. Our dog is kenneled upstairs at night, but you may see her outside and she is uber-friendly. Again, this is an apartment in the basement of our home. Guest access You have the downstairs apartment that you may access through a private entrance in the garage. This apartment is not handicap accessible as there are 13 steps down.
