Welcome to our tranquil private suite. Escape to natural beauty at our charming Airbnb near the majestic Verde River in Arizona. Perfectly situated amidst the stunning landscapes of the Verde Valley, our retreat offers a serene getaway for nature lovers, adventurers, and those seeking relaxation.. Our property is conveniently located near Old Town Cottonwood, Jerome, and Sedona, making it easy to explore the region's many attractions. Please read the check in instructions. The space This beautiful bedroom with a private bathroom and kitchenette, has a separate entrance from the col de sac courtyard, providing a peaceful and serene atmosphere. It's the perfect location for visitors to Sedona, Jerome, Cottonwood or even the Grand Canyon. Tuzigoot National monument can be seen from the garden and its only a few minutes drive. The kitchenette has a mini-fridge, tea kettle, microwave, and french press for your convenience. Welcome coffee, tea and sugar are provided. If you enjoy cream in your coffee, please feel free to bring your preferred creamer along.There are plates and silverware available in the room and we can provide additional items during your stay. Control the temperature to your liking with the AC unit with the white remote control provided in the room. For optimal comfort, we've included recommended settings in the Welcome letter (displayed in the room). While exploring our shared garden, you may encounter some beloved members of our family. Meet Pearl, our charming small dog, along with Piper, the friendly larger pup. And keep an eye out for Booboo, our affectionate cat who occasionally shows his love with playful nibbles (though we advise caution in risking his playful bites). We do not allow pets in the room to prevent any potential allergies. We live in an extremely safe neighborhood, but as extra reassurance please lock the guest room. We will not access the guestroom without notifying you unless there is an emergency. It will be your private oasis. Please pardon any temporary changes in the appearance of our garden throughout the seasons. We strive to maintain its welcoming atmosphere, but sometimes it may appear as a work in progress. Please note foliage naturally changes here in Northern Arizona. Regardless of your age, race, religion, nationality, immigration status, sexual orientation, or preferred gender pronoun, we are happy to welcome you to Clarkdale, AZ, and hope you'll feel right at home during your stay. You must be at least 18 years old to make reservations. Don't be afraid to ask if you need special arrangements, we will do our best! Guest access You have access to the room via a private entrance. Feel free to come through the gate on the side of the entrance to have your meal or relax in the garden.
