Enjoy the simplicity of this adorable third floor unit located in the main hotel of Bolton Valley Ski Resort. Take a quick 25 minute drive to downtown Burlington or head 15 minutes south to the vibrant village of Waterbury where you can enjoy the many restaurants, pubs and local shops. The space Our quaint 412 square foot studio includes a custom built king size bed, double oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, built-in bar and seating, an office/work space and a balcony to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or your favorite beverage after a full day of skiing or riding. The condo is located within the main hotel on the third floor. The lodge building includes two restaurants and a ski/bike shop. You can also can enjoy picking up necessities at the attached market. Although not included in your stay, for a daily fee you can enjoy an indoor pool, hot tub, small workout area and access to pickle ball courts just down the hill. Guest access This is a hotel room in the main lodge at Bolton Valley Resort. Your stay does not include access to Resort amenities such as the pool and sports center, or services such as the front desk and housekeeping. Other things to note Booking the room does not include ski/bike lift fees. It also does not include sport center access which can be purchased at the Nordic Center for an additional fee. The Bolton Access Rd up to the resort is long and steep. Bolton weather can be unpredictable and vastly different than local towns. Please be advised: 4 wheel drive, AWD and snow tires are often necessary in order to arrive safely. Sorry, no pets are allowed. Also, no parties or children under the age of 18 allowed.
