The space This home has been completely renovated top to bottom to create the ultimate gathering space for you and your friends or family! Located in the Ohio countryside, just 10 minutes from the Medina Square and all of Medina's main attractions, shopping, food and more! Perfect for guests attending a wedding at White Birch Barn, a girl's night getaway, or a relaxing retreat with family, our farmhouse is the perfect place for your overnight stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with all of the supplies and utensils you would need! Featuring brand new appliances, Cuisinart Toaster oven/Air fryer, dishes, glassware, flatware, Keurig coffee maker, and more! Plus an adorable breakfast bar perfect for sipping your morning coffee! Our cozy bedrooms each feature Smart TVs, floor length mirrors, a dresser or closet, and luggage racks to store your items. Our spacious loft doubles as a third bedroom and living space, featuring a Smart TV, two pullout sofas for additional sleeping, as well as plenty of storage and side tables for charging your phones or electronics! We have board games and cards for entertaining, as well as a fire pit outback for you and your guests to enjoy! Our brand new bathrooms are beautiful and clean, with complimentary toiletries for your use. The great room features a large island perfect for gathering for a meal, playing cards, or as a vanity space for wedding guests and bridal parties to get ready! We also offer a gorgeous, large wall mirror, plus another pullout sofa for extra overnight guests! Guest access Guests have access to the entire home, with the exception of a locked supply closet and the locked basement. Other things to note This is not a pet friendly house. Please, no pets! NO smoking! Absolutely no smoking inside the home or on the porch. Smoking is permitted in the outdoor fire pit area. This home sleeps 10 in beds. 3 sleeper sofas are also available - sleeps 6. Maximum of 16 guests total.
