Age Limit According to Airbnb's rules, reservations by people under the age of 18 are not allowed. Underage guests can only be accommodated if accompanied by the adult who made the reservation. Climate resilience charge: According to Greek Law 5162/2024, an additional Climate Resilience fee is charged for Short Term Rentals. The charge is €2 per night during the winter period (from November to March) and €8 per night during the summer period (April to October).
