The space This stunning unit features lots of natural light with gorgeous windows throughout. There is a fully renovated modern kitchen with a custom island with stools, a spacious living room with a comfortable couch to watch Netflix or any other streaming service through our Smart TV. The bathroom is bright and modern with a built in toilet, tons of storage and walk in shower. Enjoy the bedroom sanctuary with a brand new mattress and walk out to the beautiful outdoor deck with BBQ, outdoor lounge set and treelined view of the neighbourhood. Guest access The entire unit which is located on the second floor is available to you. You'll be given a private access code to enter that you can use for the duration of your stay. The main floor is a separate unit. Parking: If you need parking there is free parking during the day on our street (just be sure to read the signs as parking is restricted to only one side of the street depending on the time of month). To park between midnight to 8am, you will need to print a temporary street permit which can be easily obtained online through the City of Toronto's website. The City of Toronto temporary parking permit rates are as follows (tax included): 24 Hours – $18.99 48 Hours – $27.45 1 Week – $41.16 *Please ensure to print out a permit prior to your arrival. Other things to note We have a tenant in the main floor suite with a private entrance from the common foyer. Please note you will be living in our home while we are away, so some personal belongings will be throughout the house (tucked away). Please respect everything in the home and treat it as though it's your own. Please also keep noise levels to a minimum.
