In the heart of the 5th arrondissement on Fourvière hill, 50 m from the famous Lyon funicular that takes you to the Vieux Lyon district in a few minutes, this apartment has the comfort and all the necessary amenities for you to have a great stay. For your greater autonomy, access is via a key box. Parking is available free of charge upon request (for the duration of the reservation only) The space The accommodation is composed as follows: - a living room with TV - a kitchen with all the necessary dishes, induction stove, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and dishwasher - a duplex bedroom (note: ceiling height of 1.95 m maximum, and stairs a little steep to access, not suitable for children and people with reduced mobility) consisting of a 140 cm bed with a quality mattress and storage with hangers - a bathroom with shower, washing machine, drying rack and hairdryer (note: ceiling height of 1.95 m maximum) For your convenience, we provide: - High-speed Wi-Fi - Linens and towels - Air conditioning (only in the bedroom) - Kitchen: coffee capsules, tea bags, oil, salt, pepper, sponge, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablets, dish towel, paper towels, garbage bags. - Bathroom: shampoo, shower gel, hand soap, toilet paper, hair dryer, tissues, pods and softener to wash your laundry. - Welcome booklet introducing you to local shops, places to visit and tips for restaurants and bars Guest access Located on the hill of Fourvière, in the upper part of the district of Vieux Lyon, World Heritage of Unesco, the apartment is a 10-minute walk from the majestic Fourvière Basilica, the Gallo Romain Theatre and the Jardin des Hauteurs. - ACCESS BY PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION - The funicular to access the Old Lyon district and the metro is 100 meters from the apartment. If you arrive from Part Dieu or Perrache station: you have to take the metro D until the Vieux-Lyon stop then the funicular until the St Just stop. A minute's walk and you've arrived! Feel free to download the Moovit app for all your trips. - CAR ACCESS - One parking space is provided free of charge (in the outdoor car park of a secure residential building) 50 metres from the apartment, for the duration of the booking only. Other things to note We kindly ask you to respect the quietness of the building, speaking in a low voice in the common areas. The accommodation is located on the 2nd floor without elevator access, and the stairs are quite narrow (a little complicated with a big suitcase). The apartment is a duplex and the steps to access the bedroom are a bit steep, not suitable for children or people with mobility or balance difficulties.
