Kids and infants are considered as exception. - The apartment is located on street level of the building. - Baby cot and high chair will only be available when you request in advance with extra $40 applied. - For number of guests no more than 2, the use of sofa bed will incur extra fee $40 for making up bed and linens per bed per stay. - We do not have an inhouse dryer, but we have a commercial dryer on two levels lower requesting inserting of coins. - We don’t have oven and dish washer.
