There is a grocery store, along with a few liquor stores, a dry cleaner, and restaurants within walking distance or there are many more restaurants, as well as shopping centers nearby with just a short 5-10 minute drive. 7 miles Valhalla Golf Club 20 miles Churchill Down 20 miles Airport The space There are two bedrooms with a queen size bed in each of the 2 bedrooms, plus a 3rd bedroom turned office, in which an inflatable queen air mattress with a head board attached can be setup, if requested. There are also 2 full length couches in the great room that may be used for sleeping, if need be. The spacious outdoor patio offers plenty of seating with a dining table and chairs along with a solar powered LED lighted umbrella, as well as lounge area with a full length couch, two oversized chairs and ottomans. There is a Weber gas grill and a Weber charcoal grill that you may use, though you must provide your own charcoal. This is a primary home, so we ask that you take care of it during your stay as if it was your own! There is a washer and dryer that you may use as well. Parties are NOT allowed. Guest access Enter through front door. All spaces are allowed for guest use minus the master closet, garage, basement, as it is unfinished and used as a storage space. Other things to note Wifi is available (password will be made available during check-in). Both bedrooms with the queen beds do have smart TVs, so you may use streaming services.
