Use of the home includes the use of the two car garage and has an automatic backup generator so there is always power. The home is handicapped friendly with many grab bars and large doorways. An electric vehicle charger is provided (J1772 adaptor required for Tesla vehicles). The space The property includes a master bedroom with plenty of closet space, an on-suite bathroom with shower, TV, and loveseat. The guest room includes a queen bed with plenty of closet space and a TV. The large open living room includes a round table for 4, a large table for up 10 people, a futon, two recliners, and a couch. The garage is a two car garage with access provided through the MyQ App. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property except the storage shed and utility closet where cleaning supplies are kept. Access is provided through the use of an electronic combination lock.
