The space LAKE VIEW ROOM with a queen bed, accessible via three flights of stairs(23 steps), spiral setting and very narrow and offering balcony views of Lake Erie The home includes 2 full bathrooms Spaces in the House : - Room A: Features a Wine Bar and a wide Recreational space. - Recreation Room B (Sunset Room): A large screened room facing the lake, ideal for relaxation and privacy. -Room C ( Gazebo penguin florence) w/ ac and heater. Ideal for quiet time/privacy,relaxation and reading. Nearby Attractions: - Downtown Amherstburg: Just a 7-minute drive to the river walk, Walmart, No Frills, Canadian Tire, Dollarama, cafes, restaurants, and a historic walk along the navy pier. - Wineries & Breweries: Located between 10 to 20 minutes from several wineries and two breweries. - Outdoor Activities: Great for walking, bicycling (bikes not provided), and birdwatching. There are forest areas with secluded beaches a 10-minute walk away, and an 8-minute walk through the neighborhood leads to a fenced park perfect for children and dogs. Guest access The guest will have the Full access to the wine Bar, recreational Space, Kitchen, living room, dining room, gazebo, and at the view Deck. NO ACCESS: HOST ROOM (Beside the Wine Bar-where the host will sleep at night) During your stay Host or assistant will greet you and can help/assist anytime guests needed. Other things to note Please note that the house has cameras outside for security purposes NO SHOES INSIDE THE HOUSE NO PARTIES/EVENTS NO SMOKING IN AND OUTSIDE THE PREMISES. NO WOODS BURNING FIRE PIT AT THE BACKYARD DECK. WARNING: Windows at the backyard deck is only covered with plastic screen so to avoid damages and prevent creating fire flames or fumes be careful not to smoke , no burning wood fire pit near the plastic screen windows NO ADDITIONAL /GUEST VISITORS ALLOWED ON THE PREMISES OTHER THAN THOSE WHO BOOKED. 8 PM -8 am NOISE CURFEW ( NO NOISE) NO PARTY/ NO EVENTS NO ACCESS: HOST ROOM (Beside the Wine Bar-where the host sleep at night),locked spaces, stockrooms and parking office garage room. - parking garage is 25 meters away from the cottage. Parking is available for 10 vehicles ( free) * available parking for guests No parking on host parking area.
