LA SARITA is a modern, warm and unique house in a natural setting of enormous beauty. Located in front of a wetland, with endless views, where the lush vegetation, local fauna and tranquility allow you to disconnect from everything. It is located in the first section of the delta, meters from the East Canal, on a secondary canal with very little traffic. The property has 30 m of coastline and 50 m of depth and is fully landscaped. Due to COVID-19 protocol, linen is NOT included The space Designed by the Garona Di Nunzio Arquitectos studio, built entirely of wood and with a modern language, large windows and wide spaces allow close contact with nature and the surrounding landscape. Living-dining room with integrated kitchen, 2 bedrooms and full bathroom. Air conditioning, hot and cold, in the main bedroom and a fan in the other. Gallery, deck, stove, dock and mooring. Guest access The entire house, as well as the dock and park, are for the exclusive use of guests. Only the tool storage room under the house remains closed. Other things to note Since the river rises and falls with the tides, in cases of strong southeast winds the park may suffer floods that disable the use of the property. The floods usually last 1 day (rarely 2 days) and after the water recedes, the land remains wet for a couple more days... All part of the Delta adventure, but it's good to know in advance!
