Double room in shared house

Welcome to my house "Les Beaux Partages" where simplicity and friendliness are the key words. You will stay in a double room (two beds). You will have access to the kitchen, dining room, cozy living room and shared bathrooms. Outside, a large peaceful garden awaits you, perfect for recharging your batteries. Share a meal, chat with travelers from elsewhere, spend an evening around the brazier… and create beautiful memories together. The space I made the choice to offer accommodation at an affordable price to allow everyone and especially solo travelers to enjoy the house, Saint-Malo and its surroundings. 🏡 The place is still being created and you will be the first guests. Also, it's not perfect here, but it feels good. At the end of your stay, please feel free to give me your kind feedback to help me improve your hosting. Guest access The kitchen, living room, dining room and bathroom are shared. In the kitchen area you will find everything you need to cook with a fridge and freezer to store your things. Salt, pepper, oil, tea and coffee are available. 200 m from the house you will find Robin Vegetables self-service to prepare small dishes based on local vegetables from sustainable agriculture. 900 m away you can go directly to the Ferme du Pré Bois delicatessen and on Monday summer evenings enjoy the Farm Market. Other things to note 🚴🏽‍♂️For cyclists we have a closed and secure bicycle room available. Beaches 15 minutes away by bike. 🚌 Guests will find an on-demand bus stop 50 m walk from the house, Les Petits Douets stop. For the price of a bus ticket, this minibus can take you to Saint-Malo station and to 130 stops throughout the Saint-Malo Agglomeration (Saint-Malo, Cancale, Saint-Coulomb, Saint-Suliac, etc.). To book your ticket, go to the MAT transport on-demand website (book in advance). 🚄 Train access via Saint-Malo Station or La Fresnais Station + Minibus on demand 🚲 Bike access 3 km from the Vélomaritime 🚶🏻‍♀️ Walking access on the GR34 + Bus on demand also possible
