Guests stay on the 3rd floor of our home with their own private bathroom. (This bedroom is located within our main house, so it does not have a separate entrance.) Enjoy evenings on our front deck overlooking the local lake and the red rocks of New Mexico! The space We offer a great discount for those professionals needing a great weekly rental. Our home is conveniently located near all the major hospitals (5 min walk), 10 min drive from the downtown area, 40 mins from the Zuni Pueblo, or 35 mins from Window Rock, Arizona (Navajo Nation Capital) ** LONG TERM GUESTS: We are open to longer term guests who are the right fit. Please send us an inquiry and we will respond with a reasonable price and questions. A monthly rate (30 days) is $950.00 - for all utilities, parking, high-speed internet, Direct TV, home security, etc. ** NO PETS allowed. ** COVID: Our home is professionally cleaned locally and each guest will have a room that is safe and sanitized following strict CDC cleaning protocols. Guest access - Kitchen - Laundry Room - Private Front Deck During your stay We are both available & will be there for guests should they need us. This guest room is located on the 3rd floor of our home. Other things to note Our dogs Ralphee and Riley hang out in the yard on warmer days. They stay in the main kitchen during the winter. We also have a kitten named Milo is the newest member of our family!
