Conveniently located to the center of Gulf Shores, our 1,065 sq ft two-bedroom, two bath condo is both spacious and cozy. It even has a private balcony overlooking the pool! Our condo offers a dedicated living room + dining area, and kitchen area with counter seating. The top bunk and sofa bed are perfect for the kids! Work remote? We have a dedicated workspace set up in the master bedroom. The kitchen has a full-size fridge/freezer combo, stove, oven and a dishwasher too! The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, baking sheets, mixing bowls, Pyrex, dishes, glassware, cooking and serving utensils, and everything else you should need for a short stay! Our condo is kid-friendly with books, games, coloring supplies and kid friendly shows/movies. We provide a mini crib, booster seat, kid friendly dishware + utensils, and a sound machine for the guest bedroom as well! Guest access Guests at Tropical Winds can enjoy our pool deck with large pool, shaded pool area with tables, chairs, private bathrooms, fitness room and BBQ grills. Our deeded beach access is steps away and easily accessible from our brand-new boardwalk. An outdoor shower is also available to rinse off from the beach. My favorite thing about this area are the many options to fit anyone's lifestyle. From quiet, scenic parks and trails to family friendly activities and events, Gulf Shores has it all! Bike trails nearby for scenic rides, multiple golf courses and fishing options galore. Other things to note Maximum 8 people total. Due to occupancy limits and fire code, ALL guests must be included in your booking’s guest count. Air mattresses / additional guests are not permitted. The sofa bed is intended for children ages 12 and under and has a max weight limit of 250 lbs total. Bunk bed has a 200 lb weight limit on the top bed. No parties. Must be age 25+ to rent. Absolutely no pets per HOA regulations. 1 parking pass is included with your stay. Additional parking can be purchased for $50 if available. Eat dinner early! Restaurants get crowded during Summer.
