Unit not fully childproof for small children. The space This single family house is currently my part time residence, and is located in Rockville/North Bethesda, Maryland. Located approximately a mile off I-270 exit 4A. It is about 20 minutes walk to North Bethesda Metro or walk 2 minutes to the #38 bus stop near the house if you don't want to walk to metro (5-minute ride). The North Bethesda Metro Station has an attached paid parking lot . There are many grocery stores nearby including Whole foods, Harris Teeters, Giant, Trader Joes, and Aldi is a 10 min walk. The house is walkway to Rock Creek Park where you can enjoy beautiful scenery with jogging and biking trails. The drive to downtown DC or Arlington, VA is 30-45 minute Guest access Private first floor access in a single family house. Onsite laundry access on lower level is available upon request for long term guests staying 7 nights or greater. Other things to note Bedroom 1 has a soft foam mattress, while Bedroom 2 has a firm coil mattress. Please choose based on preference. The inside temperature is set between 72 - 74 degrees Fahrenheit all year long and cannot be changed. The house has a separate basement unit with its own separate entrances. Occupants will be present in the basement while the Airbnb guests occupies the first floor.
