Two-bedroom suite connected by a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. The main bedroom features a cozy queen bed. The second bedroom includes a bunk bed with a double on the bottom and a single on top, plus a fold-out single bed for extra guests. A private sitting room off the main bedroom offers a quiet space to unwind, and a dedicated work space and music room invites guests to work, play or relax. Downstairs: Fully-equipped chef’s kitchen with an espresso machine and butler’s pantry. Spacious dining area featuring a long table for family meals and a round breakfast table with vineyard views. Master bedroom with a luxurious king-size bed and private en-suite bathroom. (Coming Soon) Additional half bathroom, full bathroom, and a convenient laundry room. Guest access For your safety, we have installed a motion-activated security camera at the front gate entrance, front door and pool. These cameras are positioned to face only the front gate entrance, front door areas and do not capture any views of the interior. They record video and audio solely when motion is detected. Guests are welcome to enjoy the entire villa, with the exception of the owner's suite, office (owner not on-site), and secured linen and cleaning closets. These areas are reserved for personal use, and we kindly ask that you respect the owner's privacy by refraining from entering these spaces. Other things to note Please note that while the villa offers full privacy, the surrounding 40-acre property is an active farm and vineyard participating in the Harvest Host Program for occasional RV guests. These guests visit our on-site Dan Dan Farm and are located in designated parking areas, with no access to the villa, pool, or any of the private amenities. You may occasionally see an RV on-site, but rest assured that Harvest Host guests are vetted members who bring their own self-contained facilities and follow strict guidelines to ensure a safe, respectful environment. Farm maintenance occurs periodically throughout the year to keep our vineyard, olive grove, and farm in top condition. Both villa and RV guests are informed of designated areas, maintaining clear boundaries for privacy and security. Hosts are readily available to address any questions or concerns during your stay.
