The space The Olive Grove is a charming 3-bedroom home surrounded by terraced gardens, multiple patios, and a built-in fire pit—perfect for relaxed indoor-outdoor living. The ground-floor living area features a table tennis table, golf putting mat, board games, and a dining table, with direct access to a patio for outdoor dining. Upstairs, the second living room offers comfortable seating, a 55” TV with all major streaming apps, and opens onto a balcony with a full seating set and a swing. The fully equipped kitchen includes a burner stove, air fryer, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, and complete crockery, cutlery, cookware, and utensils. A helper is available on-site to assist with serving, cleaning, and basic food prep. When you arrive at The Olive Grove, our staff will assist you with check-in and any other queries you may have. Other things to note Bedrooms & Bathrooms The house has two master bedrooms with fully equipped en-suite bathrooms. The third bedroom is smaller and does not have an attached bathroom. In addition, there are two half bathrooms (powder rooms) inside the house. Staff Accommodation & Meals Accommodation for up to two male staff members is available free of charge. There is no separate accommodation for female staff; however, a mattress can be provided upon request at the time of booking. Meals for guest staff can be arranged at an additional cost of PKR 2,000 per person per day—please inform us in advance if required. Property Details & Services The Olive Grove is a self-service property located approximately 1.5 hours from Islamabad. Our house staff can assist with basic food preparation and can arrange groceries from the nearest town at the guest’s expense. For the best experience, we recommend guests bring their own food, drinking water, and groceries. House Rules & Amenities - No smoking indoors - No pets allowed - No parties or outside guests Basic supplies such as tea, coffee, spices, cooking oil, tissues, soap, bug spray, and trash bags are provided. Guests are expected to treat the home and property with care. Any damage to the property or its belongings will be charged accordingly, and serious violations may result in future booking restrictions.
