Pets are not allowed. The space The condominium has a swimming pool (small) and a barbecue shared between the cottages (five cottages in the condominium). 1 parking space. The space is located 80 meters from the sea (Barra de São Miguel) and a few minutes from other beautiful beaches on the South coast (Gunga Beach, Francês Beach, Marapé Dunes, Pontal do Coruripe, Pontal do Peba). The Chalet has all necessary items and utensils, such as: TV, stove, fridge, sandwich/grill, microwave, coffeemaker, blender, pots, plates, cutlery, glasses, barbecue grill, beach chairs and sun guard, two bedrooms with ceiling fans and column fans, two bathrooms and compact service area.
