This studio has been recently renovated and beautifully decorated so you can make yourself at home! We have equipped it with the essentials for optimal comfort. A large 160 cm bed will welcome you with neat bedding for a good night's sleep. We have also created a living area for you to relax with a desk area to work. The kitchen is functional and equipped with essentials. The cozy and elegant bathroom will seduce you. The space You will be close to all amenities: supermarkets, restaurants, laundry, tobacconist, bus station... And a short walk from the Rhône. A footbridge gives you direct access to the Cité International and Parc de la Tête d'Or as well as the Convention Center. There is a bus station at the bottom of the building. Line 9 takes you to downtown Lyon in 15 minutes. Guest access The listing is located on the fourth floor of the building, there is no elevator. Other things to note NETFLIX is integrated into the TV. Bed and bath linen are provided. An iron and fan will also be at your disposal. Regarding the kitchen, we provide coffee, sugar, salt/pepper and oil. Dish soap/sponge and soap. The kitchen accessories available are: microwave, pans, pots, pasta drainer, salad bowl, baking dish, plates, cups, bowls, glasses and wine glasses, bottle opener, can opener, cutlery, knives, vegetable peeler, scissors.
