The apartment is simple at a great budget rate in a beach town 5 min walk for evening stroll at the beach . In our neighborhood there is 20 + of all kinds of restaurants for all type of occasions. We are a Spanish Style Villa with private units in a local neighborhood. We are walking distance to the beach and the foodie district of Calle Loiza with 20+ restaurants. You will also have private kitchen and there is 24 hr. grocery store walking distance “Super Max”.We are very close 10 min Uber ride , to Old San Juan Historic city.
