Bedroom Two (Staircase House)

My little house is well located, in the charming and historic neighborhood of Antônio Dias, near the Chico Rei Mine and just a 10-minute walk from Tiradentes Square. It's a small but cozy house. There's no garage because of the staircase. I rent two rooms in the house, and this is one of them. Each room is private and accommodates up to two people. The only shared spaces are the kitchen, living room and bathroom. This bedroom is small, with a double spring bed and a clothes rack. The space The bedroom is small, has a double box bed (standard size and springs), plus two outlets. There is also a clothes rack. You are allowed to use our kitchen and cooking utensils, we have a stove and refrigerator, but we do not have a microwave. We have a service area if you need to hang clothes, towels, etc. Guest access Living room, service area, bathroom, kitchen. Other things to note It's worth remembering that my house is on a charming staircase in the neighborhood — it's the fourth house, more or less as if we were on the fourth or fifth floor of a low building. Access may require a little effort, but the view and the quiet are worth it!
