One valid identification of at least one guest. 2. Security Deposit of P1,000.00 sent via GCash or bank transfer (fully refundable if no violations or damages in the property found). For guest staying more than two weeks, we require P1,500.00 security deposit. Upon check-out, a thorough inspection of the property will be conducted. Any damages will be documented and assessed for replacement costs. Stains on bedsheets, pillows, sofa, cushions and towels; moving of furnitures; and damages on contents will be charged P500.00. Leaving the room with excessive mess will also incur additional cleaning fee of P500.00. Other things to note: 1. A child ages 12 and above is considered adult. Excess guest after 2 pax and 2 children below 12 is 400.00/head. 2. Decent group party (maximum of 6 to 8 guests) is allowed, however, quiet hours should be observed between 10PM to 7AM. 3. Small pet-friendly house with a pet service fee of P500.00. 4. Smoking/Vaping is only allowed in the patio. Doing such inside the property is strictly prohibited. Otherwise, the guest will be charged accordingly for deep cleaning. 5. The house does not have a garage. However, street parking is allowed. For commuters, taxis and tricycles are available.
