Welcome to our charming family duplex located near Saint-Germain-en-Laye, a short walk from the historic castle and its lively shopping streets. Our apartment is perfect for families who wish to explore the Paris region while enjoying a comfortable and friendly space. Ideal location: Just a 12-minute walk from the RER A, you can get to Paris in less than 30 minutes. Visit Versailles, its park and castle within a 20-minute drive. The space - The accommodation Entire apartment of 125 m2 in a small condominium located in a quiet environment with a "village" atmosphere not far from the Seine, the park and the forest of Saint-Germain-en-Laye and its many quality shops and artisans. - Kitchen of 13 m2 (ground floor): large windows overlooking the garden of the residence. Fully equipped: oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, classic coffee machine and Nespresso, kettle... - Living room of 45 m2 (ground floor): divided into 4 spaces with a seating area for lunch or dinner (table for 6 people), a cozy area for reading, a desk area and a large screen TV area. Bay window overlooking a balcony with views of the residence's garden. - 3 Bedrooms upstairs: a master suite (bedroom + bathroom of 18 m2) with a double bed of 140 cm, 2 bedrooms (12 m2) each comprising a double bed of 140 cm in mezzanine. In each room, we will free up some cupboards for your belongings, but be lenient (and respectful): we live the rest of the year in the premises. The beds are made on arrival. - 2 bathrooms upstairs: one in the master suite, one shared with the other 2 bedrooms each with a shower (no bathtub). The master bathroom has the washing machine and dryer. - 2 toilets: 1 on the ground floor and 1 on the first floor in the master bathroom. The accommodation is non-smoking. An ashtray is available on the balcony of the ground floor and another at the entrance to the accommodation. The accommodation does not accommodate pets. You can find ingredients in the kitchen cupboards that you can use. Please be kind enough to replace them when you finish them. Please empty the garbage and do the dishes before leaving our home. Guest access Access to the accommodation is via a small walkway directly from the street (no stairs or other, which allows single-level access). An outdoor street light lit until midnight allows very good visibility when you access the accommodation. 15-minute walk from the RER A station of Saint-Germain-En-Laye, which allows a quick connection to Paris (26 minutes to the Auber station (Opéra Garnier, Place Vendôme, department stores...)
