Villa Vele 2 is part of a complex of 12 terraced villas and is located just 500 meters from the beautiful equipped beach of Simius. Inside, it offers a double bedroom and a bedroom with a bunk bed, a living room with a kitchenette, two bathrooms (1 without a bidet) and a liveable veranda. The house also has an outdoor shower, a parking space and a large garden with a green lawn. Air conditioning is only available in the living room. Other things to note HOUSE RULES AND ADDITIONAL COSTS Note: Our homes are provided without Bathroom/Bed linen, however it is possible to bring your own linen from home or rent it on site upon request and with at least 3 days notice from arrival. The cost for this service is 40 euros per week for the double set and 20 euros for the single set, with weekly change by collection and delivery at our Agency in Villasimius There is also a fee for water/electricity/gas consumption (€20 per person/week) and the mandatory payment of a security deposit against any damage to the house, amounting to €400. Pets: Surcharge of 50.00 euros (per pet) for special cleaning and disinfection following the presence of pets (**to be confirmed at the time of booking**) We kindly ask you to inform us of your expected arrival time and to provide us with your mobile phone number to deal with unforeseen events. The standard check-in time is between 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. It is possible to anticipate the check-in if the house is available, however, for reasons of internal organization, we cannot ensure this possibility in advance. Our Agency is open from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Delivery of the house after 8:00 p.m. will be charged €30 until 11:00 p.m. and €50 after this time.
