The space Set in a quiet, older-style development, this lovely, spacious, bright apartment is a refreshing change from the many dull modern apartments in the surrounding suburbs. Its colourful interior adds a stylish but homely touch to your prospective stay. This first-floor apartment has beautiful green views over the development's gardens and the living space is not closely overlooked by other properties. Set up with two queen beds for up to four guests; you'll find air conditioning in the living room with a ceiling fan in the main bedroom and a portable fan available in the second bedroom if needed on a hot day. Heating via the air conditioning system and portable heaters is also available for the colder months. Parking for one car on-site is free of charge in an allocated outdoor parking space and local street parking is available if you need extra parking. The kitchen is well set up with everything you need to cook at home and there is also a nice dining area besides the kitchen. The apartment also has a laundry with both a washing machine and dryer and the bathroom has a shower over the bath.
