Suite consists of a large bedroom with queen bed, 4 piece bath with soaker tub & separate shower, spacious cozy living/dining area, and kitchenette with daybed. Dedicated guest entrance with keypad lock & patio doors to outside deck. Hot tub & BBQ access just outside the door. Hot gourmet breakfast included. The space Surround yourself in nature at this private 3 acre waterfront property. Westerly view for fabulous sunsets from either of two furnished waterfront decks. After dark, solar lighting will guide you out to the waterfront decks for the ultimate stargazing opportunities. Two 10' Pelican kayaks available for your use are located at the water's edge for easy access. Landscaped fire pit and perennial gardens around the home provide a relaxing atmosphere. Located just 3 km from the village of Tobermory for easy access to restaurants, shopping, boat tours to Flowerpot Island, the Chi-Cheemaun Ferry and the northern terminus of the Bruce Trail. Just 14 Km down the road you will find the Bruce Peninsula National Park, home of the popular hiking destination "The Grotto." If beaches are more to your liking, Singing Sands is also just 14 km away. Guest access Relax in the comfort of a fully self contained suite on the main floor of this newly built home. Suite consists of large bedroom with queen bed; 4 piece bathroom with in floor heating, soaker tub and separate shower; comfortable living/dining area with patio doors to outside deck. The main bedroom is equipped with a Senville Mini-Split unit to provide additional Air Conditioning and Heating at the control of the guest. Kitchenette includes mini fridge/freezer combo, coffee machine (pod style), kettle, microwave, toaster oven/air fryer combo and all necessary dishes and cooking implements for preparing light meals. (Note: there is no sink in the kitchenette - provisions are made for dishes to be washed in the host's dishwasher and returned daily). Hot Tub and Propane BBQ are available on outside deck just steps from guest entrance. Twin bed is available for 3rd guest at additional fee. Grizzl-E Level 2 EV charger available for guest use at the detached garage. Other things to note Hosts live upstairs and are available to address any concerns that may arise, but we do our utmost to also respect your privacy during your stay with us. Full hot gourmet breakfast included daily. Guests will be given menu choices the day before check in. Selections for the next day are to be made by 9pm each night, with room service delivery at mutually agreed time the following morning. Please advise us of any dietary restrictions you may have and we will work with you to accommodate your needs. Waterfront access involves stairs and is not suitable for those with mobility issues. The waterfronts in the Northern Bruce Peninsula are rocky and water shoes should be worn. 2 10' kayaks are available for guest use. Liability waiver must be signed to access kayaks, and provided PFD's must be used with kayaks.
