This prime location offers easy access to the city's vibrant attractions and cultural landmarks. As long as you stay here, no matter the reason or the timeframe, you will have a great time! The space : Welcome to your home away from home! This beautiful, tastefully updated home will be perfect for your time in Alexandria . The apartment includes: - Kitchen: Enjoy complimentary filtered water, as well as coffee and tea in the kitchen. It also features a stove and refrigerator. The cabinets are fully stocked with everything you need if you're in the mood to cook: pots, pans, dishes, utensils, and paper towels. - Dining area: The dining area is in the living with four comfy seats. - Living room: Kick back on a large comfortable L-Sofa with a smart Samsung 58" TV, antique coffee table . Chat late into the evening, hang out, or just relax when you come home. On top of that, you can head to the balcony for fresh air from the Mediterranean Sea and View and people-watching :) Bedrooms: There are two bedrooms. One features a queen bed (With New Split Air Condition ) and the other with two single beds with comfy new mattresses. On top of that, there is more than enough wardrobe space to store your luggage, clothing, and have a clutter-free space . Bathroom: The bathroom is equipped with all the essentials and a washer in the kitchen to do your laundry in. Other things to note: WiFi: We have a strong internet signal throughout the house. - The apartment is on the Second floor of a building with an elevator to take you up and down.. - I would appreciate it if you can consider being clean so that others can get to stay in the space and have as nice of a stay as you are going to have. - Parking: There is free street unlimited time parking available in the area and there is Paid parking neraby . Guest access This is an entire apartment so everything is yours:) Guests can have access to the full automatic washing machine, fridge , Blender , Haur dryer , Samsung 58" Smart TV , free WIFI internet, and everything cotton clean linens and towels are always provided. - There is a "TOYOTA RUSH or MITSUBISIH XPANDER " and/or "Nissan Sunny or TOYOTA COROLLA 2022" CARS with a driver( tour guide) ready to guide you anywhere in Egypt with 80$ / day from 10 AM to 7 PM. (Optional), or to pick you up from and to the airport (BORG ELARAB) with 30$/ each trip (optional) You can ask me for a boat trip with 40$/hour . For long stays, you can ask me a maid for cleaning the house with 20$.(optional) -EVERY ADDITIONAL adult is considered an extra guest. Please select the CORRECT NUMBER of guests. What does the kitchen include? -The kitchen is stocked with the following: fridge , stove, pots & pans, utensils to cook, dinnerware set cutlery , blender , and kettle. 4. What time is check-in and check-out? - You may check in any time after 3:00 PM and you must check-out no later than 11:00 AM. If you need to check-in super late that is not a problem, just follow the self-check-in instructions. 5. Is an early check-in possible? You can check with us and we can try to coordinate it depending on availability. 6. How many bathrooms are in the house? There is one bathroom. 7. What type of unit is this one? You are renting an apartment located inside an authentic downtown Alexandria building. 8. How fast is the internet? We have the highest internet bundle in Egypt. The service is very reliable, and the wifi reaches all areas of the house including all bedrooms. We have had a lot of guests that are traveling for work, and they do their work from home with no issues. 9. Do you offer laundry? There is an in-unit laundry machine, but no dryer. You can find a laundromat just 2 minutes away from the flat . 10. How does the parking work? There is free unlimited street parking available close to the apartment. Guest access: You are renting the entire apartment.
